Overview

Artificial Intelligence, XR and emerging technologies are redefining the very fabric of education. From personalised learning pathways to intelligent tutoring systems, AI is poised to make learning more accessible, engaging, and effective. However, with such profound change comes the necessity for informed discussion, deep understanding, and collaborative effort.
The Learning Innovations Summit (formerly known as Innovative Learning Environments) is the annual global event hosted by CARDET and its partners to provide a unique platform for educators, researchers, and tech pioneers to come together and shape this transformation. The Summit aspires to be at the forefront of the transformative journey of education, fostering an inclusive and dynamic platform where technology and learning converge.

Learning Innovations Summit 2O24

The Learning Innovations Summit 2024, ‘Unveiling the Future of Learning & Artificial Intelligence’, will take place on 13-14 September, 2024 at the University of Nicosia, Cyprus. This year’s Summit is organised by CARDET and in collaboration with the University of Nicosia, the University of Groningen and the University College Dublin, under the auspices of Cyprus’ Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth.

The Summit will serve as an opportunity to explore and collectively envision a future where equitable access to knowledge, personalised learning, and
global collaboration aren’t just ideals, but the norm. Technology, with its vast potential, stands as a catalyst in this transformation, and through the Summit, we aim to harness its power, discover its endless applications in teaching and learning, and create an educational landscape that is innovative, equitable, and inclusive.

Join us in shaping the future of AI, XR and other emerging technologies in education and training, forging connections, fostering innovations, and illuminating the future of global learning.
